Risk Based Inspection
Risk Based Inspection plans requires detailed information including process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID’s), materials selections diagrams and reports and process and operations procedures. Risk Based Inspection requires consideration of the following factors:
- Hazards Identification
- Consequence and Probability of Hazards
- Component Failure Mechanisms
- Rates of Degradation and Failure
- Inspection and Monitoring Plans
- Fitness for Purpose Assessments
